Back to black,
Shadows overlap,
Leaving grey.
White is long gone,
The sun has done
Its bleeding and died.
And I, wretched being
That I am, unholy,
Shall wander down
These hollow streets

This is my emo poem. I'm not emo. I don't think I ever will be. I'm not in any state of emo-ness. But in English we were reading Romeo and Juliet, and someone was supposed to read the word "back", but read it as "black." Then someone else shouted out "Back to black!" I liked the sound of that. So I wrote this poem. >
